Fireonmail offers a free trial of our starter plan for 1 month. After the trial period, plans are billed monthly on the same day each month, keeping payments simple and predictable.

You can upgrade or downgrade your Fireonmail plan at any time during the free trial. If you choose to upgrade to Premium, you’ll only pay the price difference for the remaining days of the trial. Any downgrades will take effect at the end of the trial period or monthly billing cycle.

If you cancel your Fireonmail subscription during the free trial, you won’t be charged. You have the flexibility to pause or cancel your account anytime through the Account & Billing section in settings.

Fireonmail will send you reminders with billing estimates before your free trial ends. Once the trial period concludes, you’ll be charged the current monthly fee for the plan you selected.

Switching plans with Fireonmail is simple. Just go to the Billing page in your account, choose the plan you’d like to switch to and you can start using the new features right away.

All Fireonmail plans are month to month, giving you the flexibility to cancel anytime. You pay upfront for each month and if you decide to cancel, you’ll retain access until the end of the billing period after which no further payments will be charged.

Fireonmail accepts a variety of payment methods, including Paypal cards.

If you reach your contact limit with Fireonmail, we’ll automatically upgrade you to the next tier, ensuring your campaigns continue smoothly without interruption.
