Fireonmail may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fireonmail, replacing any previous terms or agreements.

• Fireonmail provides email marketing services for businesses.
• Fireonmail reserves the right to refuse service to any business at any time.
• Each login is intended for company use only and should not be shared.
• Users are responsible for securing their account and password.
• All user accounts are the property of Fireonmail.
• Users may request account cancellation at any time by email, phone call, or support ticket.
• Upon cancellation, user content may be immediately deleted and is non-recoverable, though Fireonmail may place the account on hold at its discretion.
• Use of the service for illegal purposes or to violate laws in your jurisdiction is strictly prohibited.
• Fireonmail is not liable for any damage or loss due to actions by users or third parties.
• Fireonmail does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data, content, or information provided on its platform.
• You agree to indemnify Fireonmail against any claims or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the service.

II. Free Trials, Payments, Refunds, Upgrading, and Downgrading

• A Free Trial option may be available for a limited time. After expiration, users may upgrade to a paid plan, with billing starting immediately upon upgrade.
• If Fireonmail detects misuse of Free Trials, it reserves the right to terminate the Free Trial or assess penalties for violation.
• Refunds are available only after 30 days from plan activation, based on remaining days in the billing period.
• Pay-As-You-Go credits are valid for one year from purchase. Refunds are not issued for accounts canceled due to terms violations.
• Fireonmail may adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice, and sales tax applies to New York accounts.

III. Anti-SPAM Policy

• Fireonmail strictly prohibits SPAM and will terminate accounts engaging in unsolicited email activities.
• Only email lists with recipients who have opted-in are allowed.
• Sending emails with fraudulent information or impersonation is not allowed.
• Users are responsible for the content of their messages and must adhere to these guidelines.

IV. Prohibited Behavior

Fireonmail may refuse service or terminate accounts engaged in the following activities:

• Abusing email contacts or Fireonmail staff
• Attempting to disrupt or unauthorizedly access networks
• Gathering third-party information without consent
• Participating in illegal or unethical activities

V. Title and Intellectual Rights

If users comply with all terms, rights to work produced using Fireonmail will vest in the user. In cases of terms violation, intellectual property rights will be withheld until compliance is achieved.
